Sandeep has over ~28 years of professional experience, He has consistently maintained a strong track record of accomplishments in business strategy, shared services (GICs/GCCs) set-up and growth, operations, transformation, digital solutions, business development, transitions, P&L management, leadership development and consulting. In his previous roles, he has been instrumental in setting up green field global shared services center and driving digital transformation for global shared services.
Sandeep has been instrumental in devising strategies to grow business, execution, incubating ideas for new service offerings, lead transformation programs, build and lead large cross-functional & cross-cultural teams (~4000 professionals) to deliver sustained value in terms of quality of service, digital solutions, revenue impact, cost optimization, superior customer experience and niche talent hub.
Bikram joined the Argenbright India in May’2022 with 20 + Years of of Operations and Service Delivery experience with strong domain knowledge of Human Resource Management for HR Shared Services and HR Outsourcing. Combined with skills of Talent Acquisition, Organizational development, Strategy Architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes, he is one of the pillars of Argenbright India to lead the HR Services vertical.
Expertise in HR Operations, Designing of HR Solutions (AS-IS and TO-BE), transitioning of domains ranging from Hire to Retire, Payroll, Employee Master Data Management, Recruitment Admin & HR Systems Reporting along with designing of Process Maps and Outsourcing Strategies all come under Bikram’s responsibility.
Deepti has over 15 years of experience in the Finance & Compliance function. She is a commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant, and a Certified IND AS professional. She has worked with companies like KPMG and PNB , in her past assignments, handling functions such as Corporate Finance, Compliance, Taxation , Ind AS, Accounts Finalisation and TP functions. In her last role with CWC, A Navaratna PSU, she was heading the Finance function as a controller of one of its regional units.
Vishal is a seasoned IT leader with an extensive 20-year track record of steering seamless integration of IT as a core function. Throughout his career, he has consistently attained excellence by employing strategic vision and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to optimizing technology solutions. His proficiency spans in various domains within the IT landscape, including IT Operations & Service Delivery, IT Program & Project Management, IT Security & Risk Management, Digital Acceleration & Transformations, ITIL & ITSM, as well as IT Solutions and Transitions. Vishal has contributed his expertise to a diverse array of organizations, including HCL, EXL, Convergys, Genpact, and Aeries Technologies.
Vishal possesses an MBA specializing in Information Technology, complemented by a diverse array of certifications that affirm his proficiency within the domain. As a PRINCE2 Practitioner, MCSE, and ITIL V3 certified professional, he also brings wealth of knowledge and skills to his role. Additionally, Vishal is adept in Digital Transformations and is Green Belt certified in Lean/ Six Sigma, further solidifying his proficiency in driving organizational efficiency and innovation within the realm of technology.
He has worked with GECIS/Genpact, Honeywell & MetLife SSC and is well versed in Transitions, Process Re-engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Training. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and SAFe 5 Agile certified
A commerce graduate and an Indian CPA, Kamlesh has worked with accounting firms in their outsourcing practice as well as captive shared services in the past.
His experience with third party outsourcing customers ranges from end to end back office services for PE funds, mid-sized companies, family run businesses across North America, Asia pacific & EMEA region.
Karuna Ahuja joined AMH Services India in May 2022 with 19 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience with leadership roles in Human Resources with diverse organizations like Bose, Eaton, Evalueserve and Bertelsmann Arvato. Her areas of expertise are strategic human resources, mergers, acquisitions and integrations, leadership development, HR business partnering, project management and executive coaching.
Karun, a part of the core leadership tea, will be leading Human Resources and Communications. working to define strategy and create a roadmap for shared services for Argenbright.
